The Criminal Division of the Pittsylvania County Circuit Court is responsible for preparing the judge’s orders and processing and maintaining the felony and misdemeanor appeal cases handled by the Pittsylvania County Circuit Court. This includes: 

• Felony cases
• Misdemeanor cases originating by Grand Jury action
• Misdemeanor appeals from the General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts

General court case information, including dates of hearings and filings, can be accessed online through the Virginia Courts website. Please visit our office if you wish to view and access documents related to any criminal cases. You can view these documents free of charge on our computers, and you can print copies for $.50 per page.
