The Southern Virginia Megasite at Berry Hill, Ringgold East Industrial Park, Brosville Industrial Park, Cyber Park, Cane Creek Centre, the Southern Virginia Multimodal Park, and Gretna Industrial Park all have sites available for prospective businesses. Sites in the Southern Virginia Megasite, Ringgold East Industrial Park, Brosville Industrial Park and Cane Creek Centre are pre-graded to minimize the upfront construction costs.

Southern Virginia Mega Site at Berry Hill

Cane Creek Centre

Located in Pittsylvania County just outside of the City of Danville is a thriving 900-acre industrial park. The Cane Creek Centre is a regional collaborative between the City of Danville and Pittsylvania County. This Park offers readily developable rail-served sites and direct access to U.S. 58. Cyber Park

The Cyber Park is a 330-acre technology park located within the City of Danville, fronting U.S. 58 and U.S. 29 Bypass (future I-785). The Cyber Park is in a state designated Enterprise Zone, a program that offers unique incentives to business and private investors, based on their investment and job creation within the designated Enterprise area. Southern Virginia Multimodal Park

The Southern Virginia Multimodal Park is an 800-acre park that is centrally located between Atlanta and Washington DC, in the northern part of Pittsylvania County. The park is perfect for manufacturing and distribution facilities. Lot sizes are flexible can be subdivided. The park has water capacity of 6MGD and sanitary sewer capacity of 6MGD. The park is served by Norfolk Southern Rail and Columbia Natural Gas. The site is zoned Industrial and is located within a State Enterprise Zone.
