The Deputy Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court’s instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
This is a wage position with no benefits. 16 hours aper week; $12.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Answering phone inquiries
- Counter Assistance
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Business courses preferred
- Requires knowledge and skill of general office operation and procedures (i.e., typing, filing, data entry, and receipting payments.) V
- Verbal and written communications skills.
Additional Considerations:
Automated records and word processing experience is a plus.
