Hiring range:  $12.00 per hour

The Deputy Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court’s instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.

 

This is a wage position with no benefits. 16 hours aper week; $12.00 per hour.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Filing
  • Data Entry
  • Answering phone inquiries
  • Counter Assistance

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Business courses preferred
  • Requires knowledge and skill of general office operation and procedures (i.e., typing, filing, data entry, and receipting payments.) V
  • Verbal and written communications skills.

 

Additional Considerations:

Automated records and word processing experience is a plus.
