Will there be a Board of Equalization this year?

No. Given the resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors, 2022 is not a reassessment year, which means the BOE will not be seated to hear appeals from property owners. The Board of Equalization will be seated the next time Pittsylvania County completes a reassessment, which will likely be in 2023 or 2024.
